Summary from the site: “This document is a guide to nudist/naturist clubs and other nude and clothing-optional (CO) locations throughout British Columbia. This 6-kilometre long, wilderness-like beach which follows a promontory below an emerald-green forested, 200-foot high, cliff system weathered to beauty akin the White cliffs of Dover, is Canada's first and largest, legal, clothing-optional beach and is a Mecca to visitors from around the world!

Sun Lovers Under Gray Skies (SLUGS)

The SLUGS are a naturist travel club located in the Puget Sound area in the State of Washington. Most of our members live in the greater Seattle area, but we have members from the Olympic Peninsula to Ellensburg, the Tri-Cities, and as far away as Pullman and Walla Walla in eastern Washington, and from Vancouver, B.C. to Oregon. Our activities cover all of these areas, and occasionally longer trips to destinations in California or other parts of the country.

    Lake Associates Recreation Club (LARC)

Lake Associates Recreation Club or "LARC" is a friendly, family oriented club. People just like you, your friends, neighbors and co-workers are guests. The life-style here is clothing optional and we believe such an environment is ideal for family recreation. Visitors to our park are not required to disrobe, but weather permitting, nude recreation is the norm.

Our park is located in scenic Skagit County, near Lake McMurray, 6 and 1/2 miles east of Interstate 5, approximately an hour north of Seattle. Shopping, restaurants and movies are available in nearby Mt Vernon. Picturesque LaConner, scenic Anacortes and the awesome San Juan Islands are nearby.

Promoting Clothes-Free Recreation and Living Among Young Adults

Don't take the limited clothing-free opportunities you now have for granted! Help support and expand the possibilities for every body!

There are plenty of opportunities in the Northwest for political action that will help support clothing-free opportunities here and beyond. It helps in a significant way simply to participate and support clothing free parks, beaches, and communities and their respective events. By participating you show your interest, contribute financially, contribute your time and efforts, and help promote the areas to others unaware of its advantages.

It is highly recommended to join a group that defends the interests of nudists, naturists, and other body-positive supporters on a national and international level.

One of the most prominent USA groups with these interests in mind has been The Naturist Society (TNS) and Naturist Action Committee (NAC) and Naturist Education Foundation (NEF) TNS has been a leader in promoting body acceptance and nude recreation for more than 20 years. Home of Nude & Natural magazine and the Skinny-Dipper shop. The Naturist Action Committee is the non-profit political arm and the Naturist Education Foundation is the nonprofit informational and educational arm of The Naturist Society. Keep up to date on international issues with their magazine Nude & Natural. Sign up for action alerts to help focus justice where it is needed most.

Another organization worth considering is the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR). The American Association for Nude Recreation has been serving the needs of North American nudists and their families since 1931. A roster of more than 240 private clubs, resorts, and RV campgrounds, as well as nearly 50,000 individual members, makes AANR the oldest, largest, and one of the most respected nudist organizations.

International Naturist Federation (INF) World-wide, the International Naturist Federation (INF) defends the interests of organised naturism, which is practised by people in their hundreds of thousands, as well as those of the millions of non-organised, but practising naturists. Through the national federations the INF is present in 30 states across the world. Moreover, in the countries where naturism is only just coming off the ground, it has correspondents. The INF strives to achieve official recognition of "people’s right to functional nudity in a natural environment and in natural conditions".

International Naturists Association (INA) and Internationally Inc.

Their mission statement reads: "to be a leading force in promoting body acceptance and the enjoyment of clothes free recreation". Associated also with Internaturally catalog, Travel Naturally magazine, Internaturally Travelers, and Shamebreakers. A good place to find books, magazines, and videos.

    Topfree Equal Rights Association (TERA)

    The X-plicit Players

The X-plicit Players are a psychedelic performance group based in Berkeley, California. Since 1992 we've been performing "interactive theater" around the US (and recently, in Canada) -- We deal intimately and palpably with Body in many forms, beginning with our own flesh bodies, and the bodies of our willing audience members -- We cultivate alternative functions of touch, alternative experiences of Body -- We use language, voices, instruments of sound and music, paintings, and videos to reach and move our audiences and each other -- We fight to stay naked and free on the streets and in the parks of our town, experiencing Body in the social realm; experiencing the social body of Berkeley -- Our performance is both a forum where we share the results of our Body studies, and a laboratory where we advance them together.
